motion to concur was agreed to by a vote of 65-34. The Senate then agreed to H.Con.Res.98,
to change the title of Rapid DNA to FISA.
Senator
Portman made a motion to proceed S.1519, Senate reported NDAA bill, as a place
holder motion. The Senate is in a period of morning business until 7:00pm with senators
permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each and the time and quorum calls
equally divided. We expect the House to consider the CR around 6:30-7pm
tonight. No votes are expected prior to 7pm, but votes could occur this
evening.
