The Senate stands

Following Leader
remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to concur in
the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R.195 (CR to 2/16).
As a reminder, Senator McConnell filed cloture on the motion to concur during
Thursday’s session.
As a result of cloture being
filed, there are filing deadlines for first and second degree amendments with
respect to H.R.195 (CR). The filing deadline for first degree amendments is
1:00pm, Friday, and the filing deadline for second degree amendments is one
hour prior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked.
The cloture vote on the
motion to concur is expected during Friday’s session.
