The
Senate has reconvened and has resumed consideration of the House Message on
H.R.195, CR through February 8th and CHIP. Community Health Centers
is not included in the Republican proposal.
Cloture
was filed on the motion to concur earlier this morning. The filing deadline
associated with this cloture motions is 1pm
tomorrow (Sunday) for first degree amendments and one hour prior to the
beginning of the cloture vote for second degree amendments. Amendments must be
germane and timely filed to be considered in order post-cloture.
