Following Leader
remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to concur in the
House message to H.R.195. As a reminder,
early Saturday morning Senator McConnell moved to concur in the House message
with a further amendment (Feb.8 CR/House CHIP) and filed cloture on the motion. If no agreement can be reached, the cloture vote
would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Monday, which could be as
early as 1:00am.
Roll call votes are possible
during Sunday’s session.
