remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #597, Alex
Michael Azar II, of Indiana, to be Secretary of Health and Human Services,
post-cloture. All post-cloture time on the Azar nomination will expire at
2:15pm on Wednesday.
At 2:15pm, there
will be a roll call vote on confirmation of the Azar nomination followed by
cloture vote on the Brownback nomination. There will then be a vote (voice vote
expected) on confirmation of Executive
Calendar #552, R. D. James, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Army (Army
Corps of Engineers).
