Cloture filed on MTP to S.2311 and Stras nomination (8th circuit)

Senator McConnell moved to proceed to Calendar #294, S.2311 (Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act) and filed cloture on the motion.

McConnell then moved to proceed to Executive Calendar #622, David Ryan Stras, of Minnesota, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit, and filed cloture on the nomination.
