Recess until 12:01am--1am vote expected
By unanimous consent, the Senate
adopted H.Con.Res.102, Use of Emancipation Hall.
Also by consent, the Senate
recessed until 12:01am on Friday, February 9th. The cloture vote on
the motion to concur with an amendment with respect to H.R.1892 (Cr/caps) will
occur at approximately 1:01am. If cloture is invoked, there would be up to 30
hours of post-cloture debate. The hope is that little debate time is used and
we would dispose of any pending amendments and motions and then vote on the
motion to concur, with amendment.
