Senator Paul objects to voting on the CR today
Senator McConnell asked
unanimous consent that at 6:00pm, the Senate vote on the motion to invoke
cloture on the motion to concur with amendment (the CR/caps deal); that there
be a motion to waive a Paul budget point of order; and the Senate immediately
vote on the motion to concur with amendment (passage of the CR/caps).
Senator Paul objected.
