Objection to McConnell request to vote at 8pm on Toomey sanctuary cities amendment and Coons-McCain DREAM/border amendment

McConnell asked unanimous consent to adopt the motion to proceed to H.R.2579;
that at 8pm tonight the Senate vote on Toomey SA #1948 (sanctuary cities) and
Coons-McCain SA #1955 (DREAM/border), with each amendment subject to 60-vote
threshold; and if adopted considered as original text for the purpose of
further amendment.
