The first cloture vote is
expected to occur at 5:30pm on Monday, February 26th. We plan to
lock in the vote in the closing script tonight. If cloture is invoked on a
nomination, there would be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate prior to a
vote on confirmation of the nomination. Then, there would be a cloture vote on
the next nomination in the list and the process would repeat. If cloture is not
invoked on a nomination, we would immediately vote on cloture on the next
nomination.
