Roll Call Vote on cloture on motion to concur re: Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act
At 5:34pm, the Senate began a
15 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to
concur in the House amendment to S.140, Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act; Invoked: 54-41
If cloture is not invoked, we
expect McConnell to tear down the amendment tree, make a new motion to concur
with further amendment. That amendment would be the Coast Guard Authorization.
He would then file cloture on the motion to concur with further amendment
(Coast Guard). We also expect him to file cloture on the Bridenstine (NASA)
nomination.
