Hatch objects to Community Newspapers bill
Senator Murray
asked unanimous consent to take up and pass a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and
the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to provide alternative
minimum funding rules for certain single-employer plans maintained by a
community newspaper. Senator Hatch objected.
