Following
leader remarks, Senator Paul will be recognized to
make a motion to proceed to S.Con.Res.36 (5-year balanced budget). There will
be up to 90 minutes of debate, equally divided, prior to a vote in relation the
concurrent resolution. Depending on how long leader remarks take a roll call
vote in relation to the concurrent resolution around 11:15am.
We also expect to consider
Executive Calendar #847, the nomination of Gina Haspell, of Kentucky, to be
Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, on Thursday, with votes on cloture
and confirmation occurring as early as 2:15pm Thursday.
