Cloture filed Wier, Rodrigues, and Carney district judge nominations

Senator McConnell has filed cloture on the Wier, Rodrigues, and Carney district judge nominations. The first cloture vote is expected to occur at 5:30pm on Monday, June 4. If cloture is invoked on any of the nominations, there would be up to 30 hours of debate prior to a vote on confirmation. Then a cloture vote on the next on the list.
