Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive
Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #625, Annemarie Carney
Axon, of Alabama, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District
of Alabama, post-cloture. There will be a roll call vote at 11:00am on
confirmation of the nomination.
Following the vote, we expect
Senator McConnell to move to proceed to the consideration of H.R. 5515,
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
