Graham objects to vote on Lee amendment (indefinite detention)
Senator Lee asked unanimous
consent that there be 1 hour of debate equally divided prior to a vote on
Lee-Feinstein-Cruz amendment #2366 dealing with indefinite detention. Graham
objected.
