#903, Ryan Wesley Bounds, of Oregon, to be United States Circuit Judge for the
Ninth Circuit, post-cloture.
All
time during adjournment, recess, morning business, and leader remarks will
count post-cloture. It’s expected that the Senate could vote on confirmation of
the Bounds nomination early Thursday afternoon.
