Kennedy objection to Lee amendment to flood insurance
Senator Lee asked unanimous
consent to discharge the Banking Committee from further consideration of
S.3128, and the Senate take up and pass S.3128 (Flood Insurance), with a Lee
amendment ($2.5M cap for new construction). Senator Kennedy objected.
