Appropriations Act of 2019.

recess from 3:30pm until 4:30pm to allow for a members-only briefing.
Cloture was filed
on Shelby substitute amendment #3695 and H.R.6157, Minibus III
(Defense/Labor/HHS appropriations).
The filing
deadline for first degree amendments to the Minibus is 1:00pm on Wednesday. The
second degree filing deadline is one hour prior to the cloture vote. Amendments
must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order post-cloture.
