Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning
business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

of Arizona, to be US District Judge for the District of Arizona

Williams, of Iowa, to be US District Judge for the Northern District of Iowa

Summerhays, of Louisiana, to be US District Judge for the Western District of
