The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
Following leader remarks, Senator Schumer, or his designee, will be recognized to make a motion to proceed to S.J.Res.63, providing for congressional disapproval relating to "Short-Term, Limited Duration Insurance", with the time until 11:30am running concurrently and equally divided on the joint resolution and the House message to accompany S.3021, WRDA.
At 11:30am, all post-cloture time on the motion to concur in the House amendments will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on the motion to concur. Following disposition of the motion to concur, all time on S.J.Res.63 will be considered expired and the Senate vote on the joint resolution.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
