Adopted S.Res.15: commending the Clemson University Tigers football team for winning the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship.

Completed the Rule 14 process to place on the Calendar of Business.

1.      H.R.251: to extend by two years the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Program of the Department of Homeland Security

2.      H.R.269: to reauthorize certain programs under the Public Health Service Act and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic  Act with respect to public health security and all-hazards preparedness and response, to clarify the regulatory framework with respect to certain non-prescription drugs that are marketed without an approved drug application.
