Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.J.Res.2, disapproving the President's proposal to take an action relating to the application of certain sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation.
At 12:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the joint resolution. If cloture is not invoked, the joint resolution will be returned to the Calendar.
