The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, March 7, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #18, Eric E. Murphy, of Ohio, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit, post-cloture.

At 12:30pm, all post-cloture time on the Murphy nomination will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Murphy nomination.

Following disposition of the Murphy nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #11, John Fleming, to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development. The cloture motion on the Fleming nomination will be withdrawn, and the time until 1:45pm will be equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees.

At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Fleming nomination.
