Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #107, Neomi J. Rao, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, post-cloture.
At 12:00pm, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Rao nomination. Upon disposition of the Rao nomination, the Senate will consider Executive Calendar #98, William Beach, of Kansas, to be Commissioner of Labor Statistics, Department of Labor. At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Beach nomination.
The Senate is also expected to consider S.J.Res.7 (Yemen) during Wednesday’s session.
