Following Leader remarks, the Senate will begin consideration of H.J.Res 46, relating to a national emergency declared by the President on February 15, 2019. No amendments will be in order to the joint resolution.

There will be an effort to vote on passage of H.J.Res.46 at 1:45pm, Thursday. Senators will be notified when the vote is scheduled.
