Senator Graham objection to concurrent resolution making Mueller report public

Senator Schumer asked unanimous consent that the Senate take up and adopt H.Con.Res.24, expressing the sense of Congress that the report of Special Counsel Mueller should be made available to the public and to Congress.

Senator Graham asked consent for an amendment to call for the Attorney General to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Department of Justice in the handling of the FISA warrant process as relates to warrants obtained on Carter Page, and to publicly release the results of those investigations.

Senator Schumer objected to the amendment. Senator Graham then objected to the original request to adopt H.Con.Res.24.
