McConnell objects to Feinstein request to adopt resolution expressing the senate of Congress to make the Mueller report public

Senator Feinstein asked unanimous consent to take up and adopt H.Con.Res.24, expressing the sense of Congress that the report of Special Counsel Mueller should be made available to the public and to Congress. Senator McConnell objected.
