Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #33, Rodolfo Armando Ruiz II, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, post-cloture. At 10:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Ruiz (FL), Arias-Marxauch (PR), and Wolson (PA) nominations.
Upon disposition of the nominations, the Senate will resume consideration of the veto message on S.J.Res.7, a joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities in the Republic of Yemen that have not been authorized by Congress. At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote in relation to the veto message.
