The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.

 

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #116, Joseph F. Bianco, of New York, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit, post-cloture. At 10:00am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Bianco (2nd Circuit) and Reed/Bachus/Pryor (Ex-Im) nominations, and on the motion to invoke cloture on the Dhillon (EEOC) nomination [5 roll call votes].

 

If cloture is invoked on the Dhillon nomination, there will be up to 2 hours of post-cloture debate time before a vote on confirmation of the nomination. Cloture has also been filed on the Park nomination (2nd Circuit). If cloture is invoked on the Park nomination, there will be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate time before a confirmation vote.

3.      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #89, Spencer Bachus III, of Alabama, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

4.      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #94, Judith DelZoppo Pryor, of Ohio, to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

5.      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #100, Janet Dhillon, of Pennsylvania, to be a Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (up to 2 hours post cloture debate time)
