Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #25, Michael J. Truncale, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, post-cloture.
At 10:45pm, the Senate will vote on (1) confirmation of the Truncale nomination and (2) the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #202, Kenneth Kiyul Lee, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meeting.
