The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #202, Kenneth Kiyul Lee, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, post-cloture.

Roll call votes are expected after 5:00pm during Wednesday’s session. Another message will be sent when they are scheduled.

As a reminder, Senator McConnell has filed cloture on the following nominations:

1.       Executive Calendar #202, Kenneth Kiyul Lee, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit (30 hours)

2.       Executive Calendar #24, Wendy Vitter, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana (2 hours)

3.       Executive Calendar #221, Brian J. Bulatao, of Texas, to be an Under Secretary of State (2 hours)

4.       Executive Calendar #230, Jeffrey A. Rosen, to be Deputy Attorney General (2 hours)
