The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, June 24, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.1790, National Defense Authorization Act, post-cloture. At 5:30pm, all post-cloture time will expire and the Senate will vote on the motion to proceed. When the motion to proceed is adopted, we expect a substitute amendment to be offered.
