The Senate stands in recess until 5:00am on Friday, June 28, 2019.
Following the prayer and pledge, the Senate will resume consideration of Udall amendment #883 (Spending prohibition) to Inhofe substitute amendment #764, as amended, and vote on the amendment, notwithstanding passage of S.1790, NDAA, as amended.
Following disposition of the Udall amendment, the Senate will adjourn to then convene for pro forma sessions only, with no business conducted on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, July 2nd at 4:45pm
Friday, July 5th at 11:45am
When the Senate adjourns on Friday, July 5th, the Senate will next convene at 3:00pm, Monday July 8th. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #343, Daniel Aaron Bress, of California, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Bress nomination.
