Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #371, Stephen M. Dickson, of Georgia, to be Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

At 11:00am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Dickson nomination (FAA). Following its disposition, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on (1) Executive Calendar #45, Wendy Williams Berger, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida and (2) Executive Calendar #53, Brian C. Buescher, of Nebraska, to be United States District Judge of Nebraska.

If cloture is invoked on the Berger and Buescher nominations, at 3:00pm the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nominations.
