The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, August 1, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.3877, Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019. There will be up to 2 hours of debate, equally divided between the Leaders or their designees, followed by votes in relation to the following:

1.       Paul amendment #932 (re: Cut, Cap, and Balance budget) [60-vote threshold for adoption];

2.       Motion to invoke cloture on H.R.3877;

3.       Motion to waive the budget act (if a point of order is raised);

4.       Passage of H.R.3877, as amended, if amended.

Roll call votes are expected to begin at approximately 11:00am.
