The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #417, Brian McGuire, of New York, to be a Deputy Under Secretary of the Treasury, post-cloture.

At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Cella (Ambassador to Fiji), Jorjani (Interior), and Black (Social Security) nominations.

Following the cloture vote on the Black nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will resume consideration of the McGuire nomination (Treasury).

At 3:30pm, if cloture is invoked, all post-cloture time on the McGuire, Cella, Jorjani and Black nominations will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nominations.
