11:39am the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #176, Joseph Cella, of Michigan, to be Ambassador to Fiji and to serve concurrently and without additional compensation as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Kiribati, the Republic of Nauru, the Kingdom of Tonga, and Tuvalu.
