The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, September 25, 2019.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 10:30am.

At 10:30am, S.J.Res.54, relating to a national emergency declared by the President of February 15, 2019, will be discharged from the Armed Services Committee and the Senate will proceed to its immediate consideration with the time until 12:15pm equally divided between the Leaders or their designees.

At 12:15pm, there will be a roll call vote on passage of S.J.Res.54.

Following disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate will proceed to the concurrent consideration of the below Senate resolutions (motions to instruct re:NDAA) as under the previous order:

· Van Hollen (MTI re:Russia)

· Cotton-Schumer (MTI re:Huawei)

· Jones (MTI re:Widows Tax)

· Schatz (MTI re:FMLA)

· Peters (MTI re:PFAS)

· McSally (MTI re:Backfill)

· McConnell or designee (MTI re:FMLA)

At 3:45pm, the Senate will vote on passage of the resolutions with 2 minutes of debate equally divided prior to each vote.
