Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #355, David Tapp, of Kentucky, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm for the Republican caucus meeting.
At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Tapp nomination.
