Roll call vote on cloture on the Tapp nomination (Court of Federal Claims)
2:15pm the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #355, David Tapp, of Kentucky, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
