Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #463, Danielle Hunsaker, of Oregon, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, post-cloture.
At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Rudofsky (AK district) and Wilson (PA district) nominations.
At 4:00pm, all post-cloture time on the Hunsaker nomination will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination, followed by cloture on the Nardini (2nd Circuit) nomination.

1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #463, Danielle Hunsaker, of Oregon, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit
2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #464, William Nardini, of Connecticut, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit
If cloture is invoked on the above nominations, their confirmation votes will be on Thursday.
