Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #387, Chad F. Wolf, of Virginia to be Under Secretary for Strategy, Policy, and Plans, Department of Homeland Security, post-cloture.
At 11:00am, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wolf nomination. Following disposition of the Wolf nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #486, Steven J. Menashi, of New York, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:00pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
