Schedule for Pro Forma Sessions and Monday, December 2, 2019
The Senate stands adjourned to convene for pro forma sessions with no business conducted on the following dates and times:
Friday, November 22nd at 9:30am;
Tuesday, November 26th at 7:00am; and
Friday, November 29th at 9:30am.
When the Senate adjourns on Friday it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, December 2, 2019.
On Monday, following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #503, Dan R. Brouillette, of Texas, to be Secretary of Energy, post-cloture.
At 5:30pm, all post-cloture time will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Brouillette nomination. Following its disposition, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #347, Eric Ross Komitee, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
