The
Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #347, Eric Ross Komitee, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, post-cloture.
At 11:45am, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Komitee nomination. Upon disposition of the Komitee nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Sinatra nomination (NY District Judge).
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
Additional roll call votes in relation to the pending nominations are expected during Tuesday’s session. There could be as many as 4 roll call votes as early as 5:00pm. Another message will be sent when those votes are scheduled.
