Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #479, Richard Ernest Myers II, of North Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Myers (NC district), Lydon (SC district), and Duncan (USPS) nominations.
At 2:00pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Sinatra (NY district), Pitlyk (MI district), Cole (OH district), Huffaker (AL), and Barlow (UT district).
