Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #479, Richard Ernest Myers II, of North Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, post-cloture.
At 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Myers nomination (NC District Judge) and the Lydon nomination (SC District Judge).
At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Duncan nomination (Postal Service).
