The
Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the conference report accompanying S.1790, National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, post-cloture.
At 11:45am, all post-cloture time will be considered expired. If a budget point of order is made, a motion to waive the Budget Act with respect to the conference report would be made, and the Senate would vote on that motion prior to a vote on adoption of the NDAA conference report.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
Tuesday, December 17th at 11:45pm – up to 2 roll call votes:
1. If a budget point of order is raised, Motion to waive the Budget Act with respect to the conference report accompanying S.1790, NDAA.
2. Adoption of the conference report accompanying S.1790, NDAA.
