Roll call vote on cloture on Gallagher nomination
5:11pm the Senate began a 10 minute roll call vote the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #490, John M. Gallagher, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
