Roll call vote on cloture on the Traynor nomination
4:39pm the Senate began a 10 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #480, Daniel Mack Traynor, of North Dakota, to be United States District Judge for the District of North Dakota.
